bodyLIFE Expo in Bangalore

Bangalore promises bang for the buck!

3rd edition of bodyLIFE-India Expo will be held from 4 to 6 November, 2016, at the White Orchid Convention Centre, Bangalore

Come November and the first weekend (Friday-Sunday) will see a plethora of fitness equipment manufacturers and distributors, gym managers and owners, nutrition and training experts descend on Bangalore for the third bodyLIFE-India Expo.

According to a recent study by the leading e-commerce portal, Snapdeal, Bangalore is fast emerging as the most fitness-conscious city in India. Going by sales of fitness-related products – which Snapdeal said had seen a 10-fold jump in just a year! – Bangalore leaves even Delhi and Mumbai behind.

Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata are close on the heels as far as metros and Tier-I cities go, statistics in the study indicate. The study took into account the sales of top-ranking home gym equipment, abdominal exercisers-twisters and cycles, as well as nutritional supplements, mainly of Ayurvedic and organic origins.

The first edition of bodyLIFE-India Expo in 2014 was a runaway success: all segments of the industry (demand and supply sides) approved of the debut of a serious B2B trade show and truly international trainers’ convention in Mumbai.

The second edition of the show in 2015, also in Mumbai, highlighted the role of management and training education in the industry, on which the Expo delivered in good measure. It had renowned speakers from the industry, from India and abroad, deliver exciting and inspiring lectures to the audience.
